Do you have a women’s size chart to refer to?

Our women’s sizing chart is right next to each product on our website. Alternatively, you can find our sizing chart and a guide here. If you are unsure about sizing and need help, please contact our customer service. If the size you order doesn’t quite fit right, exchanges are available at no additional cost.

What is an over-sized fit?

Over-sized fits in women’s fashion are outfits that are comfortable, casual, and breezy. These clothes typically depict an undefined structure to represent a more laid-back state of mind and an uninhibited personality.

Do you offer maternity sizes?

While Earthroute does not have a specific maternity line of women’s clothing, most of our garments have a relaxed fit. To discuss more about the fit and understand if it is right for the mother-to-be, please email us and we’ll be glad to assist you. 

Do you offer Extra Large/Plus Sizes?

Yes. We offer XS- XXXL because Earthroute is for created for real women. We urge you however, to have a quick chat with our stylist before placing your order who will be able to recommend and guide you.

Will you customize a dress for me?

Yes, we customize. Our stylist will share our latest fabric directory with you. You can choose the fabric of your choice and pick a particular style from our current collection listed on our website.

I wish to purchase a dress which is marked sold out on the website. Can I still order it? 

The happy news is that you can. We will make it exclusively for you. We are happy to remake it for you in a different fabric from our textile directory that our stylist will share with you.

Can I include additional notes while placing an order? How do I do this?

When you add a product to the shopping basket, you will see a box on the bottom right of the screen. Do feel free to leave your notes there. We will read them up and contact you if we need any additional information to process your order.

Is it safe to use Credit/Debit card for payment?
  • At Earthroute, we take every care and precaution to ensure that your purchase is highly secure. Your card purchases will be safeguarded as you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order and OTP from the bank server to complete your transaction. 
  • Our payment department may contact you for further details before confirming the order. They may carry out anti-fraud checks for greater protection before approving.
What payment options do you accept? card for payment?
  • You may choose to pay by COD (cash on delivery) or use any major credit/debit cards. Our merchant partners, payment gateways, PayPal and CC Avenue are highly secure, easy to use and safe.

Which countries do you ship to?
  • Earthroute garments are shipped worldwide.
Who are your courier partners?
  • We use FedEx, Bluedart and Delhivery for our orders. 
 Can I make a purchase online outside of my current residence?
  • Yes, you can make a purchase online other than your current residence by changing the shipping location to match your current location.  Please provide a local delivery address by email to our customer care within 24  hours after placing the order.
 How will my parcel be delivered, and how long does delivery take?
  • All our orders are delivered within 10-15 working days.
How do I track the status of my order?
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please click on it to track your order.
Can I make any changes to my order after placing the order?
  • Yes, you can email our customer service at customercare@pland.co.in/earthroute within 24 hours of purchase to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or the delivery address. 
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
  • Yes, it can be changed if the order has not already been dispatched. You need to connect with our customer care executive for support.  
Do you cover custom duties on overseas/international orders?
  • We don’t cover custom duties. 
Do you cover the loss of stolen packages?
  • We do not cover loss of stolen packages.
