We highly recommend reuse of our cotton bags.  

Every piece at Earthroute is stitched with the highest of standards. The textiles we use in our collections are handwoven. So, there may be manual irregularities and fading of natural dyes which are not defects. A slight fading is the property of natural dye. It only adds to the beauty of handcrafted textiles and garments.

Indian traditional and handmade processes are prone to unevenness, which go on to impart a unique characteristic to each garment.

If the package you have received is not as expected, or in a bad condition, or if it has been tampered with and damaged before delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package. Kindly return it in the same condition to the courier/delivery person.

We assure that a brand-new replacement will be resent to your confirmed address with us at no additional cost. However, kindly ensure the original product tag and the garment’s packaging is as it was when you received it.

Returning an order (if not fully satisfied) is easy using the steps as under – 
  1. Fill out the details in the Return Form received in the parcel.
  2. Please note that the merchandise returned should be in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
  3. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. 
  4. Contact our customer care to arrange a replacement pick-up for yourself at no additional cost. You may also opt for a refund.

Refund

Once the package has been delivered to our studio and the garment is found to be in satisfactory condition, your refund will be issued within 3-7 working days. We will send you an email confirming your refund.

If the garment does not meet the conditions described, however, it will be sent back to you.

May I send back the return myself?

Yes. You can certainly use a different courier than the one that delivered the package. Please send the return to our studio, using the following address:

However, kindly note that in this case, Earthroute will not be liable for any damages, theft, or unusual activity when you use a return service of your own choice. We suggest you choose to send us the item back via the courier who delivers it or use a trackable and reliable shipping service. 

Is it possible to get my garment altered? 

Yes, we do help in altering pieces so that they fit you just to your liking. Kindly contact customer care to get in touch with us about your specifications and changes that you would prefer. 

I want to return a gift. Will I get a refund on it?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of gifts

Can I exchange custom-made dresses? 

Sorry, we do not extend our return and refund services for custom-made pieces. 

Policy

We understand that you may change your mind and wish your order to be in a different size or colour. We are happy to accommodate. Earthroute offers the service of exchange within 10 days of your delivery date.

When filling out the return form, kindly choose ‘Exchange’ as the option and mention your desired size, style, colour that you would prefer in your replacement. We will ensure that your preferred item is held for you till we receive your returned item.

As soon as we have your returned item, we will ship your replaced item to your address. To keep you updated, you will also receive a confirmation email to let you know that your shipping has been confirmed.  

Although you can change the size and colour of an item only once, if you wish, you can return the item using the simple steps mentioned in our Return Policy. 

Please note: We currently do not provide exchanges or returns scheduled outside of India. 

Repairs

We want you to cherish your garment for many years. If you need an item repaired due to wear and tear, please connect with our customer care.

Order Cancellation 

There is the odd chance that you do not want what you ordered at that precise moment. So, in case you wish to cancel your order, email to us at customercare@pland.co.in/earthroute, within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note there is no Return or Exchange on Discounted Items.
